    Time Stamp

    Hello Everybody,

I`m using the primal indicator to generate alert, but am using the secondary indicator as an input for the primal. It generates alerts as expected, but get the time stamp like this:

    01.01.1800 0:00:00 = ''........message text......."

Is there a way to fix the 'time machine' somehow?

    Hi outsource,

This looks like it didn't have a date at all.
The date and time in an alert should be the current date and time.

This is an alert that appears in the Alerts window under File -> New -> Alerts?

May I test this script on my end?

If so, to export your script do the following:
    1. Click File -> Utilities -> Export NinjaScript
    2. Enter a unique name for the file in the value for 'File name:'
    3. Select the strategy from the objects list on the left -> click the right facing arrow ">" to add the strategy to the export
    4. Click the 'Export' button -> click 'yes' to add any referenced indicators to the export -> click OK to clear the export location message

By default your exported file will be in the following location:
    • (My) Documents/NinjaTrader 7/bin/Custom/ExportNinjaScript/<export_file_name.zip>

        Hello outsource,

I am not seeing any calls to Alert() in any of these indicators supplied in the export.

On what line and in what file are you calling Alert()?

Also, there is a ton of unsupported code in these scripts. For me to assist, I will need you to make a indicator using only supported code that only has the bare minimum code necessary to demonstrate the issue with no other code added.

I use the "Input" indicator as an input for the indicator that generates alerts. There are NO lines in the attaches for calling alerts.

            p.s.

to clarify, the indicator that generates alerts is absent from the attaches.

                  Input9

Take any indicator that generates alerts(doesn't matter what indicator, that's why I didn't include it)SMA XOVER,for e.g., set the Input9 as an input an get 1800 year and meet Napoleon.
