    Some NT issues

    Suddenly I am having the following issues with NT:
    • The latest saved custom indicators will not show up when the indicator icon in any chart is clicked, but it will show up from the Control Center > Tools > Edit Ninjascript > Indicator. Didn't have this problem yesterday
    • The RTH (regular trading hour) data for just 5/5/15 & 5/6/15 for the 1 minute interval is skipped. No problems with other intervals.
    • When opening a workspace, although the indicator shows as been applied on the chart, but there are no traces of it, unless I remove it and reapply the indicator. Didn't have this problem yesterday.
    • I tried doing a reset DB, but it shows "not responding" for a long time. Therefore I have to close NT from the task manager.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

      Hi PatrickH,

      Somehow after re-compiling the custom indicators, the issues with these indicators not showing and the issues with the workspace were resolved, except for the issues with the RTH charts for 5/6/15 and 5/7/15.

      For reference, I have included an image for each date. Is this a problem with some of my settings? So far I've noticed only those two days are affected?

        Hi, thanks for your reply.

        If you right-click on those charts, then left-click on 'Reload All Historical Data', does this issue persist?

        If so, please navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Options > Data tab and set your 'Merge policy' to 'DoNotMerge', then attempt to 'Reload All Historical Data' once more. After doing so, does this still persist?
