Three Things NinjaTrader Can't DO

Why is it NinjaTrader is incapable of making the following enhancements requested many times in the past 5 years or so? Just do a search for the related threads.

1. One Click OCO with option for placing orders so many ticks away from the current price
2. Custom templates for drawn objects saved as part of a chart template
3. Plotting future events such as calendar event on a chart (extending time axis into future)

These common sense features provided by other vendors and have been put on NT's endless development list multiple times with no results.

One would think at least NT8, with more than 3 years in the making, would have incorporated a bunch of charting items on that long list.

Our feature request list is currently over 3000 features deep. We implement features depending on demand and the amount of effort involved. NinjaTrader 8 has over 500+ features, in addition to the core rewrites which most of the development effort was involved. Such as the nature of software development, we could not incorporate all features requests in the beta version of NinjaTrader 8, but we're still monitoring client feedback after NinjaTrader 8 is in production to start adding new features to the latest iteration of our flagship software.

Here are some (logged) OCO requests for your information. They fall near the bottom of your list of 3000. ID # SFT -391 and ID # SFT -388 and several NT standard responses like "I will forward your suggest for a single click to submit the breakout fade entry OCO orders to our development team."

A search of OCO returns at least over 20 pages listing about 500 posts related to OCO issues, indicating high interest in the subject. 500 posts on OCO clearly indicate demand, so why not make it sensible and easy.

The 3 items mentioned above are not requests, they are missing practical and standard features that traders use and are available in other products.
