Cant import forex data

NinjaTrader won't download or play replay data



I've been having difficulty also, recently, importing any replay data, just like

I have NinjaTrader's Continuum and I use the Replay data connection, but for everything I try to load during the last week, I get this message:

Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later.

I'm not having problems with internet, in general, and my download and upload speeds are fine (see attached image). The only software that's having problems is my NinjaTrader platform.

I have contacted the NinjaTrader Brokerage, but response time has been very slow and has not resolved the problem.

Please email us your log file to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with my name and a link to this thread referenced in the body of the email. You can find the log file under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\log.

The file will be titled log.20151212.txt.

I use the platform daily and restart it at least once a day, and on Fridays and Saturdays, when I usually practice with replay data, I may restart 2 or 3 times a day. It has not helped.

It looks like the csv file is not named correctly.

Please rename the csv file to "$EURUSD.Last" (no quotes)
