Is there a command that returns the number of currently "open" positions? I know about Position.Quantity but that is used for the number of lots that are open, how about the actual count of trades that have been entered and are not currently closed?

Position count?
Hi,
Is there a command that returns the number of currently "open" positions? I know about Position.Quantity but that is used for the number of lots that are open, how about the actual count of trades that have been entered and are not currently closed?Tags: None

You would have to run your own variable to keep track of that.
Edit: Actually. Please check out the Performance objects. You may have success with the various .Count properties.Last edited by NinjaTrader_JoshP; 06-23-2008, 09:39 PM.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
