Blocking on time of an opportunity of an input(entrance) in the market

Whether there is an opportunity through Edit to register in a code of the indicator UniversalTimeAlert switching-off of an opportunity in NinjaTrader of input of any warrants on given, for each separate event (news, having rummaged), period of time?
If yes, where and how it can be executed?

I am not certain that I am understanding.

Are you wanting to trigger an alert when a News article is found?

This is possible to do with very advanced programming, however, this is not something that is supported by NinjaTrader Support.

The opportunity is necessary to disconnect opening / exhibiting of the warrants for the period, given beforehand in adjustments. We admit(allow) is expected what that the important news at 11:00. The platform itself closed all exposed warrants, if those were, as in Control Center = > Tools = > Options = > Misc = > Flatten positions and together with it disconnected an opportunity to expose any warrants from 10:40, that is would block an input(entrance) for 40 minutes. I want to protect трейды from an input(entrance) on news and in exchange breaks.

Are you trying to cause NinjaTrader to shutdown at 11:00?

Are you trying to receive news at 11:00?

There is a need(requirement) to block in NinjaTrader exhibiting of the warrants (input(entrance) in the market) up to news for 20 minutes and to unblock an opportunity to enter into the market in 20 minutes after news.

Is not present, not NinjaScript Strategy!
I would want that any element or script or the indicator in NinjaTrader disconnected / blocked to me an opportunity of opening / exhibiting of any warrant in manual! What in manual, on time 20 minutes before and after news or exchange break, trader could not enter the market!
