    Email alert message

    Hello,Support!

    Hi,guys,how do i get rid of those "??????" ,or replace with smth else,in the email alert message?

    Hello outsource,

    The question marks are likely not caused by NinjaTrader but are caused by the email system smtp server and email client receiving the email. Most likely this is a language issue where the character set of receiving computer does not have the characters needed for that language.

    What is the exact message (in the native language) that is being sent?

      Hi,Chelsea.I have no idea what the exact message that being sent.What could it be?My name,is my only guess.And if so,yes,my name is in Russian language.should i re-name it to Latinic?

        You will need to work with the email smtp system you are using.

        I would not be able to say which characters will work and which will not work as this will be based on the email system and the computer receiving the email.

          One needs to be a kick-ass programmer to change the Outlook language!WTF!!!!Why overcomplicate things!

            I'm uncertain what you mean.

            You need to work with the smtp server / email client to find out what characters sets are acceptable in the email. Then change the script to use those characters.

              Now,i`m uncertain what you suggest.You said that was a language issue,i change the Outlook language to English,but it`s still the same.

              What do you mean exactly "to work with the smtp server/email client"?

                the issue been solved.It suddenly started to work properly,and i see now my name in Latinic.Thanks for your support and sorry for any inconvenience!
