Reward: Importing Economic news to use for strategy

Hi,

I'm looking to pay someone to take the attached indicator script (which shows the news release on a chart from forexfactory) and modify it to a strategy that:

1) has a trade condition if expected news is less/greater than actual news then enter position
2) be able to know type of news release i.e. Non Farm Payrolls = 1, GDP =2 etc.. ( if GDP news enter position)
3) know the currency affected, i.e. if AUD news, position opens in AUD/USD etc...
4) A variable time delay based on 2). i.e. if GDP actual news > expected wait 15 mins to enter

I'm decent at Ninjatrader coding but this is a bit beyond my depth so help would be appreciated and rewarded.
