    problem feed Demo continuum in real time

    hi,
    i'm test feed realtime of demo continuum..

    i see is not a real time...is historical..

    to have it i must to load chart always

    Hello turbofib,

    Unfortunately this is as expected. Realtime data for continuous contracts is not supported with NinjaTrader Continuum.

      if i don't use continuous contracts....it'is the same...

      i don't see realtime

        Hello turbofib,

        Can you please check the items at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.


        If the select the same instrument in the Control Center-->Orders-tab, do you receive realtime data?

        If the issue remains, please provide me the answers to the questions you see listed in the link above.

                Can you please disconnect NinjaTrader Continuum at Control Center-->File-->Disconnect. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Once finished, please restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive realtime data.
