    Parameter Value Formatting

Is there a straightforward way to modify the way integers and doubles are displayed in the parameter dialog? For example:

The time of 12:30 am can be entered as an integer value of 003000 but will suppress the leading zeros when the value is displayed again as 3000.

The price increment of 0.00005 can be entered as shown but will display in scientific notation or "5E-5". Would prefer to display as entered.

Is there a way to programmatically format these values to control how they are displayed?

    Regards,
