I'm needing to add references to a few system DLLs, such as System.Design.dll and PresentationCore.dll, but it would be great if users didn't have to manually go through the steps of adding these within NinjaTrader (Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator > Right-click References > then manually find them on the system). Or, to prevent them from having them manually edit the Config.xml file.
Is there a simple solution I am overlooking?
Thank you!
EDIT: After some research it seems you can manually create an "AdditionalReferences.txt" file and put it in the ZIP file. However, if I create the txt file, then just drag the file into the ZIP file (windows explorer, Windows 10 64bit, latest updates) it "breaks" the ZIP file when trying to import into NT7 (something about the file being corrupt, even though the ZIP file is fine). I think the process of adding the txt file changes the ZIP "dictionary size", "compression method", or something that NT7 struggles with.
