I know this is not supported yet until NT7 but I see 3rd party indicators get around it by using an indicator in a longer time frame chart and then using that chart as a feeder of data to an indicator on a smaller time frame chart for plotting purposes. Any info on how that is accomplished would be nice.

I guess I don't understand why there is no support for techniques that others are using. May a helpful member will respond.

We do not know what technique others are using and we cannot promote such techniques. The functionality you are looking for is not supported by NinjaTrader. If you want to do it you will have to figure it out yourself or ask the people who are doing it how they are doing it. Whatever technique they are using it is general C# programming and not NinjaScript. We do not have the bandwidth to cover all aspects of general C# and as such we cannot support this.
