    Comparing values stored in Dataseries

Sorry if this is ridiculously simple....

I am going to take a 1 period ATR, and store it in a Custom DataSeries object.

I then want to compare MyDataSeries[0] with the last 299 bars to see if the current bar's ATR is the highest in the last 300 bars.

Is there a method I can use for this, or do I have to loop through each of the "elements" in the Dataseries?

    Loops intimidate me

Crassius, you can use the MAX() method and supply the ATR directly as series to have it look through it, there's no need to create a custom series for it...the ATR without index would return a series directly usable in MAX().

      Thanks Bertrand,

I was confused, but having played around with the parenthesis, I have it working
