    CliSecure deployment destroy all indicators

    Dear support,

I prepared and exported the indicator by using secure option (CliSecure). Then I imported it back. When I closed and opend NT again almoust all indicator disapeared. I can not see even the original ones. Please take a look on the picture what I mean.

Could you help me to understand what happend?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the forum post.

This tells me that you have imported and CLI Secure version of your indicators manually into an older version of NinjaTrader that is not use CLI Secure. What is the version of the NinjaTrader that is missing all the indicator? Is it .3 or higher?

I look forward to assisting you further.

        Hello,

Then it most likely is the other way around. You imported in a remotesoft protect dll into .4 manually. Please check what dll's are current in the My Documents->NinjaTrader7->bin->custom directory.

Please remove DLL's and recompile until the indicators return.

          Dear Brett,

It is strange, but I did not add it somehow manually, but imported by using Files-Utilities-Import Ninja Script...
When I removed all dll and cs for this indicator from bin\Custom directory and compiled some indicator I got error that something is wrong in "metadata". So I reinstall the whole Ninja Trader. If you give me some email I can send you the zip file with indicator to investigate it, but I dont want to publish it here...

My friend installed it too and got the same problem as me so we did not test it again.

          Regards,
          R.

I had this happen on a computer that still had Salamander .NET protector installed on it. The problem was solved after I removed protector, rebooted, and installed the latest NT7 version.

Strange, I have the Remotesoft Protector and CliSecure installed on one machine and can protect with both NT7 and NT6.5 using the appropriate method with no issues.
