    ToTime for Multiple Time Zones

I built an indicator with an alert using ToTime to play at a specific time GMT-5:00 EST

If i set my system clock to PST time instead of EST time, will ToTime understand and adjust the alert to go off PST?

For example. EST i want an alert at 93000. But if i set my system clock to PST instead of EST, will
the alert go off at 63000 or do i need an input variable for different time zones? Not clear in the documentation for ToTime.

shadowtraders, ToTime() will return the time (no date) representation of bar's Time property. Whatever time is shown for the bar will be the time returned by ToTime(). Time zones don't really have an effect here.
