Can't seem to select variables
Not sure what is going wrong with a Slope indicator I developed. When I compile it I get no errors but when I plot it for some reason I do not see the option to select different MA types that I have included in the indicator.

pandayav,
You did not set up the variable as a user defined input for the strategy. Unfortunately, using object types as user defined input isn't supported. You could possibly use an integer to identify which type of moving average you want, i.e. assign 1 to EMA, 2 to SMA, etc. This would be supported.
Please let me know if I may assist further.Adam P.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Code:[Description("")] [GridCategory("Parameters")] public MAType MovingAverageType { get { return MAType1; } set { MAType1 = value; } }
