exporting data from Market Analyzer to a running program

I understand .Net 4 is not supported, but you can use any other available tech. Google for "C# interprocess communication" to get an overview. I would suggest looking at WCF rather than pipes or sockets - its quite high level and much easier/less time-consuming to learn than the low-level stuff in my opinion.

Hi John, sorry those more general C# concepts would be beyond the scope we could offer support for on our forums - however we will leave this thread open for sure so more members more experienced in this area could reply with their thoughts.

exporting data from Market Analyzer to a running program
hi all
I've developed some simple indicators to use within Market Analyzer. However, what I'd really like to do is to construct a 'dashboard' that contains single cells that I can use to tell me what I want to know for a long list of stocks. The market analyzer is great for columns but I'd like something more compressed that I could literally run along the very top of my 4 monitor system.
I suppose the ultimate would be a different 'container' that could run an indicator and had a different UI, but I don't know if that's possible.
The second best would be a way to export a value from an indicator to another program running on the system that had a custom UI. .Net 4 has memory mapped files and .net 3.5 has pipes, are either of these supported?
Thanks!
