    What is going with NT and the ATM ?

    Hello,
    I've been getting this error on my ATM:
    Buy stop or buy stop limit orders can't be placed below the market. affected Order: Buy 1 StopLimit @ 8 x 13
    Both with the "market sell" button as manually.
    I have to close and lose a lot of course !!!!!!

    Hello,

    Your ATM Strategy is attempting to submit your stop at a price of 8, rather than 8 ticks from market.

    Please change your parameter types to correctly configure for ticks instead of price.

    This can be changed by right clicking on your SuperDOM or ChartTrader--> select "Properites"--> locate the "Parameter Type" option and ensure this is set to "Ticks" and not Price.

          as recommended a repair of the database did the trick.
          any idea why the database was in troubles ?

            Hello Mate41,

            Glad to hear that worked on your end too.

            I'm not sure exactly what caused it, however when I received your database and workspace files, even though you had your parameters set to ticks on your chart trader options, the ATM Strategies were saved in your data base as 'price'. Repairing your database reloaded the correct parameters for your ATM Strategies.

            Please let me know if you see this again moving forward or if there any steps we can follow to reproduce.

              Can you please send me your database and workspace files again?

              You can do this by going to Help--> Mail to support and checking "Database file" and "Workspace & UI Settings"

                Hi Matthew,
                after an update of NT to the latest version my ATM parameter was reset to "price". I had to correct all my open charts to "ticks" (after a loosed trade of course).

                  I'm very sorry to hear that Mate41. Can you please keep an eye on this moving forward and let me know if there are any steps we can follow to reproduce this behavior.

                  Once you have saved your workspace and ATM Strategies in TICKS they should remain. Please let us know if this does not occur.

                    Hi Matthew,
                    NT was saved correctly on the logout yesterday. It was really an update problem; the chart parameters were changed from "ticks" to "price" on the update.
