Need audio alarm when two moving averages cross

I'd like to know where I can hire someone to build an audio alarm when two moving averages cross. Can anyone please advise me?

You can open an existing NinjaScript code from:

• In Control Center menu bar goto Tools>Edit NinjaScript>Indicators/Stregies
• In the Indicator/Strategies dialog select any NinjaScript and click the Ok button

To learn NinjaScript please go through these help guide references first to get some basic knowledge.
