What is ROC1 and ROC2 ? Is that value of Rate of change 1 bar ago + 2 bars ago?

ROC1 and ROC2 are two different ROC. With 1 and 2 I only wanted to show, that they are different.
RETURN WEIGHTEDAVERAGE[MA](ROC[roc1] +ROC[roc2]) AS "Coppock Indicator"
Parameters:
R1 (roc1 = 11)
R2 (roc2 = 14)
MA (MA = 10)
This code is from prorealtime, perhaps it can help.
