    Clarification on basic if statement

    Hi,

    I would like to get some clarification on the following code;

    Code:
    if (CurrentDayOHL().CurrentOpen[0] < PriorDayOHLC().PriorClose[0])
    This still seems to execute the code (drawregion) even when the above statement is not true. Is this to be expected?

    For example if I load a chart for today with 10 days of historical data everyday is plotting my drawregion but I only want it to plot when the above statement is true.

    Regards,
    suprsnipes

    suprsnipes, likely not an issue with the condition itself but the DrawRegion call you create, if you only create one drawing object and not be careful about it's start / end points you would see more visualized than the actual time the condition was true.
