indicator not saving changed properties

I don't understand why when I change an indicator property and save my workspace it doesn't keep the new saved value when I reopen the workspace ?

Any idea ?

Is this a custom Indicator that you are using?

Also, what parameters are you changing that is not saving? A period value (integer), decimal value (double), color...?

Thanks for the information. It sounds like the values are not being saved.

How are you saving the workspace and then reopening it? While the charts are open with the indicators are you going to the Control Center -> File -> Exit, selecting Save workspace and then opening NinjaTrader up again?

Exactly,

I take the following steps :
File --> Workspaces --> Save Workspace
File --> Workspaces --> Close workspace


and then reopen it

It maybe possible that it is how the custom indicator is programmed.

If you use an indicator that comes with NinjaTrader like the RSI, are you able to replicate the same thing?
