Standard way to provide access to custom indicator help information

Is there some standard way to provide access to the help information for a custom indicator? Something to click on that will present a file in a known format and from a known location?

If not, then I would like to suggest this as a feature for V8. There certainly should be some easy and standard access to help information for custom indicators.

Put it all in the "Description" attributes. Example below.

I am aware of the description attributes. They are good as far as they go, but they are more of a summary than a help page. I'm looking for something that allows a fuller discussion of the indicator.
