Writing text to a new window

Hello,
Is there a way to open a new window and write out a text message to this window ?
What I would is to open this window once and according to certain conditions write out messages depending on certain conditions .

Hi Leope, a basic and inbuild way to go would be using for example Print() statements to the output window NT would offer, this would mainly used as debug tool for scripts.
