Hi thekreme,
it works fine for me, but I can look deeper into it as there might be some trouble buried deep within. I don't know how much I can afford to mess with the bar widths to make it more or less fixed, but I'll try to figure out some way so that the user has to touch it as little as possible.

Candle width issue
Lucas, when I click and slide along the bottom to scale and see more bars the candles auto scale down in width so that they don't overlap and clutter the chart. BUT, when I scale back in, they stay the same width and don't thicken back up. Any idea what causes this?

Thanks for your work on improving the platform, Lucas. I'm looking forward to trying this latest version out this evening. Cheers!

Hi Jerry,
where did I say that I moved ATM definitions? It must be some misunderstanding as I didn't do anything with ATMs so far.

I wasn't asking to access the ATM definitions per se. I just wanted to know the location. If your indicator is moving them you had to know this in order to program the indicator to move them. Is there a Registry link etc.
Thanks
Jerry

Hello, Jerry,
I don't know how to access ATM definitions, why do you think my indicator does it? If Rainbow runs too slow on your computer, then I might look into this, but I guess it might be related to what fx.practic reported.

Lucas

ATM Strategies
Lucas
Is it possible you could let me in on where the ATM strategies are stored. I would like to manually manipulate them without having to load the overhead for your indicator. I am pretty maxed out as it is. I assume it would be possible to do this if the location is known.
Thanks
J~

And by what you wrote you confirmed my idea that adding a toggle Toolbar hotkey is a good idea. So thanks for letting me know.

this is serious, I'll implement some profiling handles and PM you about what to do next. Just some questions prior to that:
1) Do you have many active workspaces with Rainbow on charts? There might be some issues with Rainbow communicating with instances that are currently not visible.
2) Was it like this all the time or it went wrong at some moment? Maybe at version update?
I'll let you know when I'm done.

Regarding the center at time option ... I propose this:
- one time context menu/hot key action that aligns all charts so that the desired point of interest is in the middle of the screen
- the point of interest would be taken from mouse location on the master chart that aligns the others
- as soon as you scroll the chart, it will align again if the synchronized scroll is on
- if it's for taking a screenshot (i.e. one time action), it would be redundant to turn this behavior on and off and I can't think of any other scenario

I propose option for synchronized scroll.
Now all charts within synchronized scroll group are adjusted on right side, this is often very convenient.
But, when doing screenshots of different market situations (and I doing a lot of screenshots) I need to adjust of all synced charts on center.
I made 2 screenshots to illustrate this.
And once more: I often switch off chart toolbar - so it would be great to assign hot key to each sync scroll group.
Thank You.

Hello.
I want to report about significant cpu usage when rainbow cursor moving.
Here are some videos:
3 charts:
Free online storage and sharing with Screencast.com. 2 GB of storage and 2 GB of bandwidth per month for free. We won't compress, alter or take ownership of your content.
1 big chart:

6 small charts:
Free online storage and sharing with Screencast.com. 2 GB of storage and 2 GB of bandwidth per month for free. We won't compress, alter or take ownership of your content.
1 small chart, screen buffer On \ Off:
Free online storage and sharing with Screencast.com. 2 GB of storage and 2 GB of bandwidth per month for free. We won't compress, alter or take ownership of your content.
All videos was made when NT disconnected.
When connection is on and markets moving, Rainbow increase CPU usage from 25% to 50-80% on 6 charts.
So, I have to use Rainbow now only for offline charting ((

Hi folks,
I've just posted a source code to the stripped "Enhanced trade visualization" feature from Rainbow. It can be downloaded at: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...tid=-1&lpage=1

That got it. I didn't even know that NT had that middle button feature LOL.
Thanks
