Multi-Period (Day, Week, Month) Pivots

I am new to NT and I am trying to migrate a Pivot Point program that I developed and use in ThinkOrSwim. I've included the ThinkScript program (it's fairly simple; just repetitive) which (hopefully) is easy to convert to C# for Ninja Trader.

I would appreciate all the help I can get to complete this conversion. The program is attached to this post.
