    RTY quotes not updating

    Hello.

    I'm on the latest version of NT7 and have done updating the new symbol, RTY.

    But I'm getting the following NT message. (attached).

    Has anyone seen this before?

    Thank you for your note.

    It would appear that your account is not enabled for RTY real time data. Have you confirmed your data subscriptions with your broker for this account?

        RTY data on NT Market Replay Downloader

        Would you happen to know if RTY, eMini Russell 2000 data is available from your NT Market Replay Data Downloader?

          Thank you for your note. I can confirm that RTY 09-17 data can be downloaded for Market Replay in the platform.
