    NT 7: very small cursor

    A few months ago the Drawing Tools cursor (the little pencil; sometimes an arrowhead) became very small. My Win10 mouse settings are OK--in fact I chose a larger than normal setting). No other applications have this issue.

    I can't find a way to do a screen shot without disappearing the cursor.

    any ideas on what is happening?.

    Thanks for posting.

    I have tried out a few different windows settings on my end to try to replicate this and haven't had any luck so far.

    I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20170806.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20170806.txt"

      What was the resolution to this issue? I just began experiencing this same problem in NT7 and it is a major impediment while working with multiple charts in an active trading environment.

        Thanks for posting.

        I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread, ticket number '2177788' and a message 'ATTN Sergey'.

        Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
