I've just set up IB for spot forex and done a sim trade but found that Ninjatrader was showing the profit and loss as $ even when the dollar is not part of the pair. I would expect the base currency to be used for profit and loss. Is this just becuse it's on sim, or is the amount you put in for lot size US dollars no matter what?
