    Ninjatrader application has stopped working

    To test drive before going live, I have installed NT7 on my Windows 7 laptop and while executing NT7 (64-bit), and after clicking skip on the log-in screen, I get windows error message of "Ninjatrader application has stopped working" and NT7 does not start. I have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 installed on my laptop.

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please email us your log & trace files so we can troubleshoot this behavior further? You can follow the steps below to manually attach your log & trace files to an email:
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email, which you can send to
      platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
