    Order did not Fill

    Hello,

    I'm using an ATM for my trades and noticed some of my orders were showing pending and never got filled and some were outrightly denied please why is this so. I have included an attachment for better illustration. Thanks

    Hello Yemmy,

    Orders in PendingSubmit cannot execute. Only when an order has an Accepted or Working status, the order resides at the broker/exchange and will execute as per market dynamics. Please note that NinjaTrader does not have any control on the execution of live orders - they execute per market dynamics.

    When you submit an order in NinjaTrader, it will have a PendingSubmit status first which indicates the order has been sent from the NinjaTrader platform. Once the order arrives at the broker/exchange, a signal is sent back to NinjaTrader and the order status updates to Accepted or Working.

    If you perform a disconnect/re-connect of Forex.com in NinjaTrader, do you still see these PendingSubmit orders?
