Cannot launch Ninja Trader on vista

I've tried to launch Ninja Trader 6.5 and it is not launching. To try and fix the problem I've uninstalled and installed the program with no luck. It was working fine by midday on Friday. Any ideas

Same problem for Vista and XP

I ran into the same problem yesterday on to Vista PCs. I ran System Restore and it fixed the problem, however, it doesn't really addess the issue, because Windows needs to update.

I'm not sure if this is a related issue, but on my XP PC, when I try to login, it is saying "Error 7 user already logged in".

I uninstalled DotNET 3.5 and the reinstalled it, but that didn't fix the problem.

Please contact your broker. Have them reset your account. Then restart NinjaTrader and log back in.
