no history in log

no history in log
My log dosnt show any order history (like today 3.30 am buy order) or even that autotrader was activated instead I get this strange message .. I did reinstall and reloaded all data but no changes ..????

What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Does the order appear in the Orders or Executions tab of the Control Center?
I'll need more of your files to do an accurate diagnosis of what occurred.
Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred. You send me you files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
