Tick Size & Point Value for NOK/SEK/DKK

Could you please tell me what values should I enter in the instrument manager for the following pairs:

USDNOK
USDSEK
USDDKK
EURNOK
EURSEK
EURDKK

- please remove custom instrument below from your DB
- please install latest 6.5.1000.6 from download page
- Tools->Options->Misc->Reset instrument will add these instruments with accurate settings to your DB

AUDCAD pair in the Instrument editor has wrong entry for IB only. It has AUD.CHF instead of AUD.CAD!

Can you please clarify which pair you would like to setup?

For the $NOKSEK pair you will use a Point Value of 100,000 and a tick size of 0.0001.

If you need further assistance in mapping this from your data provider please tell me who you connect to for data.
