    I followed all your instructions, the vendor wanted to go through this elaborate fix and really hounded me to switch to NJ8 but I have other vendors not switching over yet and I decided to eliminate that issue by getting rid of that add-on and charts really cleaned it up , I checked on a couple other issues and cleaned that up, so far good much quicker response no freeze if it hesitates it cleans up quickly I will see how it does for a couple of days and let you know

    Thanks for your reply.

    Please manually attach your log and trace files to an email written to platformsupport(AT)ninjatrader(DOT)com and put ATTN Alan S in the subject line:

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Sorry Alan I followed instruction it would not go through because e-mail client was not set up... and it froze just doing that task . it is back I spent a little while trying to fix e-mail issues . that did not happen either /

    is there another way to give you the file ?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please include the following link in the body of the email and put ATTN Alan S in the subject line:

    chart freeze

    Hi,
    when ever I touch the charts to scroll or change time frame it chocks and says not responding for a min maybe longer just started doing this over the last week or so. all charts in window will stop receiving data until it reloads . any fixes or other experiencing this issue I use IQ feed also
