YM Real-time data won't display

    YM Real-time data won't display

    just got a new computer. I installed NT and the Esignal Connection info just like on my other PC. Real-time data for any stocks, TICK, TRIN, ADD will show up in charts and market analyzers but only historical data will show for YM. In the middle of the day if I display a YM chart then data up to that point will show but no updates after that. The same Esignal connection on my other coimputer shows real-time no problem. What could be wrong?

    Please check the last date field in your Format Data Series.

    Also if you pull up the YM in the Control Center do you get real-time data?

      Yes, like I said I can get up to the minute historical data but no real-time?
      Attached is an image of the chart.

      In the Control Center Order tab I cannot get the YM to show up.

          Yes. Where else would the chart exist?

            If the chart is saved in a workspace please create a new chart with a default template and let me know if it updates correctly.

              Look at the image further down the thread. It's a new chart with no templates. Same problem.

                I even re-installed NinjaTrader and get the same problem but it works perfectly fine on my other computer.
