Don't see TD Ameritrade in the dropdown list?

When I followed the guide to try to add TD Ameritrade in NT, I didn't find TD Ameritrade in the dropdown list. The list only include Barchart, esignal, Gain, Yahoo etc.
Can someone help me on this? Thanks

Most likely your license is not entered correctly or your firewall is preventing NinjaTrader to access the internet. Please disable and re-enter the license.

Thanks. I can link to Gaincap (Forex) with no problem. Do I need different license for TD Ameritrade.
How do I disable license? by "Exit"?
