Live data is not displayed in the chart

I installed the Free Live Data from the Ninjatrader website and started the NJ7 and opened 5 charts and just run the live chart.

Now I realize that the current data is not displayed in the chart.

Did I do something wrong?

The charts that are open:
E6 12-18
ES 12-18
HG 12-18
RB 12-18
HO 12-18

Only when I click on "Reload all historical Data" will the chart be reloaded, but the ticks will not continue. In between, the ticks continue to run reliably for E6 and ES.

On the support page of Ninjatrader I only find that I can do under Options> Data> Reset Intruments. I did that too and restarted, but the problem is repeated.

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Unfortunately, sending the logfile via NJ7 did not work. I sent the logfile as an attachment on the third try.
