Retrieval of OLD license #

Hi,

I've been away from trading for almost 6 years and trying to start again.
I have a lifetime license which I can't find in any of the emails I used back then.

Is there anyway one of the support team here help me find it?

What information is needed to retrieve it?

I got it from support team already,,,,that was fast and thank you.
While I have your attention,,,how can get the live datefeed?
I don't have any account yet,,,either NTB or IB account is being considered for now.
