Market data permission unavailable

Hello,

I'm learning a lot from using NT8, but am having an issue.

I am trying to load ES 12-18 data from IB in a chart. It is enabled in the market analyzer instrument list. I have connected NT8 to TWS and can see the ES 12-18 data in TWS.

However for daily and intraday data I receive this error message

Error on requesting bars series:"Historical Market Data Service error message: No Market data permission."

Could you please let me know why I do see this error message whereas IB seems to provide me the data in TWS?

I am using TWS version Build 974.4d

NT8 version 8.0.16.3 64-bit

I am enabled for real time data for ES 12-18 in IB.

I am able to pull data for any other instrument in NT8 using the IB connection.

Any help would be much appreciated.

p.s. I went to Control Center>Tools>Options, under Categories>Market Data and ”Get Data from Server” is checked.
