    I dont see mbtrading commisions

    Alo alo,

    I dont see the mbtrading commisions lately. I think after the last update.

    Is this a ninja trader or mbtrading problem?I have checked the commisions in pnl inside options.

    This is because the upgrade instructions would have had you reset your instrument list which would have deleted your instrument level commissions.

    Commission values are used in the following order:
    • From the instrument if a commission value has been defined else
    • From the instrument type if a commission value has been defined else
    • No value is used since none have been defined

      Hello,

      I have done the commision settings for mbtrading add 5$ per 100.000 units.No minimum commision.

      In both places you said.Option - miscalaneous-commisions and istruments. It still doesnt show commisions.

      I havent done any of those settings in the previous upgrades ot in the initial program setup.The proggie display the commisions from the begining.

      In adition it doesnt save the settings -I have made in each session- I have done in mbtrading navigator inside ninja trader.It swich by itself in market and trail and I though I had a phantom closing market orders untill I saw it swicched in mkt+trail,lol

      Any solution about this too is welcomed.

        Hello blazer,

        Are commissions reflected upon generating an Account Performance report?

        If possible, please provide us a screenshot of how commissions are setup.

        As per the MBTrading Navigator window, it is not possible to save its settings.

          Hello,

          I have open the same account in mbtrading navigator platform and it doesnt saw commisions there too .So it must not be a ninja problem. IT MUST BE AN MBTRADING PROBLEM . I am waiting the chat to open in an hour and a half to ask and I will report.



          Concerning the prefereces in navigator inside NINJA how I can save the settings ?

            Hello blazer,

            Please let me know the outcome of your consultance with MBTrading Support.

            Unfortunately, I do not see an option to save the settings in the MBTrading Navigator window. I suggest to ask this at MBTrading as well.

              The chat with mbtrading concerning not showing commisions :

              MBT Kevin: yes we are aware of this bug and are looking to fix
              MBT Kevin: on the demo environment
              Basil: It apeared some weeks ago
              MBT Kevin: yes we are looking at the problem currently
              Basil: the other problem i have is that i cant save the settings i made in navigator in ninja trader
              MBT Kevin: are you referring to the layout?
              Basil: eg I set in preferences market orders.It switches in market+trail every time i relogin
              MBT Kevin: ok then you need to reset the preferences
              MBT Kevin: in the order entry
              Basil: how i reset in the order entry ?
              MBT Kevin: right click on the order entry and go to preferences
              Basil: I made this but the order is not the only thing i loose
              Basil: i modify the columns in the positions and i loose that too
              Basil: is there a way to save my preferences in the ninja trader navigator ?
