    Replay Data Download and Playback not functioning correctly

    I am trying to test some code using the replay function.

    I go and perform a market replay download of about a week worth of data.
    Disconnect my feed then connect to playback.
    Chart updates and it doesn't take me to the latest data, but instead to some data I didnt even download.
    In addition, the VCR control that used to pop up is not visible anywhere.

    Any thoughts?

    Did you use a second monitor previously? The control might be there. Plug it in and move control to main monitor.

    Not sure what else your seeing with an image. If night be backfill with your historical data on your machine.

    those are my late night thoughts.

      No have always had three monitors..

      What's very weird is on the market replay download, if I download multiple days of data. then move over to the edit tab and try to expand the data that I just imported, it shows nothing is there.
      It's very odd behavior.

      i've gone and deleted the replay directory and restarted ninja 8 and still same results.
      Very odd..

        Thank you for your note.

        Is the Replay slider also missing if you connect to the Playback Connection in a new workspace? What instrument/dates have you downloaded that are not displaying in the edit tab?

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
