USD/JPY historical data missing for minute-based timeframes.

My historical data for minute-based charts is missing for the USD/JPY. Daily charts are unaffected,

I've deleted the cache, tick, day, minute folders under DB for that currency, reloaded historical data but still nothing. Any ideas?

Update: renamed the DB folder so NT creates a new database (as suggested by another post). Now I have missing data for other instruments too!

Who are you currently connected to?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
