(1) Right click > Unable to "Reload All Historical Data"
(2) Chart only load from where NT7 is turn-On
Have tried:
- reinstalling, rebuild workspaces,
- delete cache/ minute/ data/ tick/ workspaces etc
- NT7 still unable to work properly
Contacted support:
- they found access to historical data from FXCM in NT7 is currently unavailable
- they said NT8 was not affected, very weird
- they suggested to switch to FXCM native server, so I did
The results:
- data load is super slow
- chart does not work properly
- by grouping ticks into minutes
Disappointed that NT7 been keep running into issues lately.
It was robust and extremely reliable trading tool that I know.
