    Charts are frozen since 15/12/2017

    Hi.
    The charts are frozen since 15/12/2017 and the new data is not shown. What can I do?
    I have a demo account and I updated NinjaTrader to the last version (7.0.1000.37) and nothing happens.
    Also I try to:
    - Disconnect from my data feed
    - Reset my Instruments
    - Restart NinjaTrader
    And it happens the same...
    What can I do?

    Thank you for your post.

    Glad to assist. First, I suggest performing an instrument rollover to make sure current contracts are being used. See the below video demonstration on how to rollover a futures contract:

    If you still see the same, can you please let me know what data feed is connected and the selected instrument?

      Hi thanks for answer
      I did it, but continue the same date 15/12/2017 in the charts
      I changed the contract to 03/18 exactly Thursday 08/03/18 but it doesnt works

        Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

        * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
