    Trades not showing on chart

    The trades from my strategy are not painting on the chart like they use to. Is there a setting that is not turned on? what is going on here

    Hello,
    Thanks for your post.

    From your screenshot it appears that you placed a trade on the NQ 03-08 contract and are viewing the NQ 03-18 contract on your chart. This is why you are not seeing the trade.

    Please let me know if you have any further questions.

      wrong contract

      thank you for catching I did not know it was doing that. The strategy i am using seems to be placing a trade on the wrong contract. although I have it on the contract that i want it to place a trade on. The command i use enter the trade is EnterShort(1,"") ;.Have you run into this problem before and do you have an idea on whats going on? (it just started doing this i have been running the program for months now)

        Hello,

        Please write in to PlatformSupport(at)NinjaTrader(dot)com with this item. Please reference forum post 106841 in your message. Along with your message please include your log and trace files as well as your strategy.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files, as well as your strategy to your message.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
        • You can attach your strategy to your response by going to File > Utilities > Export NinjaScript > Export selected source files > select your Strategy > select the right arrow > Export. The file will be located under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\ExportNinjaScript.
