    after installing the latest NT7 version I have these gaps on the chart
    this is 60min ES

      Thank you for your reply.

      A reset of your instrument database should resolve this.

      To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

      Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
      Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
      Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

      Once reconnected, please right click on the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.

      Please feel free to write in with any additional NinjaTrader items we may assist with.

        Hi Eric,

        I did that reset already after installing the new NT version, but tried just now again.
        Chart looks the same. The cont. contract doesn't have those gaps

        both charts are using the ETH template

          the last bar of last year got a time stamp of the 1st bar of the new year

            Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

            * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
