Can't get Tick chart in NT7 32 bit, using Ameritrade for stocks

I can log in thru Ameritrade account, I can open charts by using only minutes but unable to use tick or range.
Please let me know how can I use tick chart in stock charts.?

Glad to assist. This is because Range or Tick bars are built using Historical Tick data, and the TD Ameritrade connection in NinjaTrader does not support historical tick data. See the below section of our help guide for more on the data types needed to build various chart bars.
