NT7 hangs up...a lot

NT7 hangs up...a lot
NT7 hangs up sporadically and but frequently. This is the new release. Goes into (Not Responding) mode. Sometimes have to shut down with Task Master. Virus scan shows nothing. There are a number of 3rd party indicators engaged. Could they be the problem? How to trouble shoot, please?Tags: None

- 2058923 ATTN Kate
- Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to Documents > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
