Adding REITS listed on SGX to NT7 Instruments

    Dear NinjaTrader,

I attempted to add a REIT listed on Singapore Stock Exchange via Interactive Brokers but couldn't seem to get the right symbol for symbol map.

I attached screenshots of my settings. Can you please advise?

    Hello richardkoay1986,

    Thank you for writing in.

As a test, I would recommend adding the exchange, separated by the | bar. the symbol map should look like this:

    O5RU|SGX

Do you still experience the same?

I look forward to your reply.

Hi Sergey, I attempted your suggestion, still doesn't work whether I use Default or Sgx as exchange.

        Hello richardkoay1986,

        Thank you for your reply.

Just to confirm, did you edit the symbol map section of the Instrument under Interactive Brokers as O5RU|SGX?

Additionally, I see that you use the SingaporeDollar as currency. Does changing the currency to USDollar change what you are seeing?

I look forward to your reply.

            Hello richardkoay1986,

            Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, not all Custom Mapping of Instruments will function, even if the symbol map has been adjusted to include the exchange it is on. For further testing, I will need to test your Interactive Brokers login. Please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com referencing this Forum Post so I may further troubleshoot this.

I look forward to resolving your inquiry.
